Javier Bermejo - Founder & Lead Instructor

Javier is dedicated to imparting knowledge, having invested years in developing a comprehensive Beginner’s Guide to Vehicle Dynamics in Formula One. His tenure at Red Bull Racing was marked by his critical contributions to the engineering of two championship-winning cars driven by Max Verstappen. Currently serving as a Performance Engineer at Sauber, he collaborates closely with drivers Hülkenberg and Bortoleto. Expect an emphasis on precision and technical expertise in his approach.

Alex Burg - Co-Founder & Director

Alex first met Javier at Red Bull Racing, where he worked as a Mechanical Designer in the Powertrains department, contributing to the development of cutting-edge turbocharger technology for the 2026 Formula One Power Units. He later returned to university to complete a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and now works full-time managing Racetrack Dynamics. Known for his sharp analytical thinking and strong management skills, Alex plays a key role in the company. He is also highly regarded for mentoring students, providing valuable insights on CVs and early career development.
